The game's story is a comic-based parody point-and-click visual novel fixated the well known Medical professional Doom. Having come agonizingly near attaining his ultimate goal of world dominance, Doom locates himself entirely stripped and defeated of his awesome powers and vast expertise. His lot of money transform with the arrival of Ratri, a strange witch who interferes to assist him. Ratri awakens within Doom the dormant and ancient power of the conquerors, recognized as Dominium. Reinvigorated by this newfound toughness and driven by a burning need for retribution and a renewed passion for international rule, Medical professional Doom creates a strategic alliance with Ratri, setting the stage for his risky plan of conquest to begin one more time.
